Ripin' from DVD

Poor mans rip: audio out on the DVD player to Audio in on the recording device. Or if it's playing on the PC; have Sound Forge or Wave Lab record from the stereo mix or Wave outs.
 
It's just like if you were sampling a song. You can't take out the words ! maybe you can on a dvd because the vocals are recorded to a diffrerent layer I think than the music but if it is that way it would require more difficulty because you would have to find the file on the dvd that only has the music and get that to play but I'm not sure.
