re creating samples

whats up i was just wondering if you re play all the parts of a sample like the guitars keyboards and all that is it still considered sampling and would i be able to sell a beat where the sample was recreated. thanks

its considered an interpolation and no you still need clearance its just another kind

if you can replay an entire sample, it makes more sense to use the sample as inspiration and create an original track that is inspired by the sound and feel of the sample, rather than just playing the thing verbatim.

I always recreate parts of the sample and layer that ON TOP of my sample. (very hard to do)
Makes it sound new witouth really ****ing up the original.
