Processing Film Samples?

I use audio hijack pro to sample lots of old films for the dialogue, hardly an original concept i know as it is done constantly in dubstep tracks. I'm going for more this vibe



Does anyone have any tips regarding eq/gating/compression etc to make the samples more clear and distinct? Unlike eqing vocal samples and instruments there doesn't seem to be much on how to incorporate dialogue into the mix.

Any Advice would be much appreciated.

Try separating the parts you want through multiple instance of the sample and filter and eq. Then mix them in the way fits the track.
