need help with sampling

heres my question, i want to sample directly from my vinyl records and my vinyl records only, what is the best sampling engine i can use to succesfully sample from records and what is a good program to use so i can edit my samples to where i can capture the exact sound and notes i want from the vinl? any help would be gladly appreciated, thanx!
 
Soundforge is hot I like it... Plus its way more easier than acid. But acid is a good sequencer though.
