ok well i figerd how to cut samples out with acid by cuting bar per bar but i got a problem

i tried sampling a peace of a song and when i try adding my kicks and snares the whole thing sounds off beat and like sounds out of place ??

p.s. I've never used time-stretching to solve a timing problem per se.

No time streacth. you dont need that, all yuo have to do is depending on the size of the sample, get it to play continuosly ina loop in your program. once you have a perfect loop you can start there, if you turn up the pitch you have to speed up the tempo, same as if you lower the pitch down
