This guy Mustard aint using no unheard of finger snaps, or any sound for that matter in any of his beats. Use your ears, find some good sound packs, I suggest Maschine.

You should be focused on making your own sound not worrying about what kinda snaps this dude is using. Even he dont overthink his process like that. Caught a video of him showing how he made a beat and hes like "Uhhh well my boy sent me the bass line and I added some drums." Thats it.
