KonKossKang Ozagas Jul 29, 2014 #2 max/msp, synthedit or reaktor will let you make any vst you'd like.
B baltic audio New member Aug 29, 2014 #3 If you work with cubase, you can use the GrooveAgent One inside. Vengeance Phalanx or Native Instruments are also very good VST Sampler.
