How can I turn my WAV samples into a VST?

Hi
I have a lot of wav samples and I was wondering how I could turn them into a VST. Or if I could add them to an already installed VST. Because using WAV files is quite time-consuming in DAW programs.
I use Cubase 5 on Windows 7 64-bit.

max/msp, synthedit or reaktor will let you make any vst you'd like.

If you work with cubase, you can use the GrooveAgent One inside.
Vengeance Phalanx or Native Instruments are also very good VST Sampler.

If your working with ableton man you can import it into sampler and mess around that way.
