What are the most popular/used Hiphop drum samples now???

I remember a few years back Either you had MODERN beatz, or nothing at all.

try to steer clear of whats the treand or the hype ,, i know i found my self checking myself ,, just do what sounds good to you ,theres alot of avenues you jus have to be creative enough to search .. drum breaks are the epotime go from there ,..

I don't produce hip hop, I'm just curious as I used to and I want to see how it has changed over the years

...Simliar to askin "what are the kids listenin to these days"
 
lol this is a strange question.


it doesn't matter how old or new your drums are. as long as they're good quality, any drums are usable.

What are the most popular used hip hop drum samples today?? I don't see why this is so complicated

Fact: More professional producers use modern beats than any other drum sample kits

WHAT ELSE ARE PEOPLE USING?

This isn't a moral issue about what you think works best

you probably wouldn't get a straight answer in the first place because people don't give a sh*t about things like what drum sample company is statistically the most popular.

Most good producers (if not all) use drum samples from all over the place, not just from one lame kit they found online. It basically comes down to: the best kits are the ones you make yourself.

Lol @ some of these answers. Ppl don't know the answer and instead of shutting up they argue and say some random off shit. Anyway look into the sonic specialists stuff. A lot of people are using multi sampled drums like addictive drums as well.when u deal with forum guys its whatever can be pirated quick and easy. There are variations every where for who uses what but many just use whatever they can find on some bottom feeder shit. Hope this helps

trap beats. lex luger and jahlil beats.
steady then note repeat hi hat patterns. snare rolls. orchestra type beats with dramatic sounds. loud toms
