So the question: Is sample based production or original production more common also in your opinion which is used more by the big name producers and which do you prefer as well as think sounds better.
 
I think it's a draw. On soundclick you hear much more non-sampled beats though.

I think it's best to sample and compose yourself at the same.

There are way more cats doing non sampled music now because its whats popular. People are afraid of getting sued when the copyright owners don't even know they exist.

Alot of songs you hear have elements from older classic songs, even if its not sampling in the sense of chopping. Sampling is def. used more, way more, people just dont know it. I prefer re-creation, because the majoirty of everything else is trap beats n shit like racks on racks, which is dope, but simple. #Trilltrax
