Help with ReCycle in sampling songs...

So.... I have had Recycle now for about a year, and I have yet to fully grasp how to use this program to its max to chop and use songs for sampling in my Reason 9. I have done a few flips using this program, but there's so much more involved in this program that I need help in figuring out! Can you guys let me know some tips if you are/or have been a users of Recycle??

don't own recycle myself but if sampling I just use the timeline for that.
but recycle has many youtube tutorials for ya to check out too.
