Help Find This Sound

Does anyone know where this sound or sample comes from?
I ve heard this sound in various reggae and hip hop production but I don t know where it comes from. It sounds like a synthetic cat s meow with reverb. Please help me find the source of this sound , I dabble in audio production and have wanted this one little sound for years. It can be heard in the following songs

I'm pretty sure it's originally from "Bashment Time" by Frisco Kid and Mr. Easy. I searched for you. Couldn't find a sample out there anywhere. It's got me interested tho, so I'll be looking out for it.
