HELP! Find proof this guitar is a sample/loop!

Someone came to me with a beat from another producer and there's an acoustic, flamenco style guitar throughout. I'll attach an mp3 below.

I highly doubt the other producer recorded it and my client doesn't want to use it if it is a common loop or sample. It sounds like it is. But I can't find proof.

What do you think?

Can you find proof that the other producer did not record it himself? I've been looking with no luck.

Can you post the guitar part as it is heard in the beat? Obviously, somebody recorded it at some time (for it to exist at all), but that's all that can be determined from the short example you posted...
