Not hard to come across, what do you already have? You most likely already have some buried jewels.

Are you looking for some ready sample packs or records to sample?
Miles Davis - Shhh/Peaceful (on In a Silent Way lp), right in the beginning of the track. One off the top of my mind. Plenty of those on records, just look for hammond in the instrumentation.
If you are willing to invest, Native Instruments B4II is a nice software sybth for emulating the B3. I think they might have discontinued it though.
