good hip hop bass?

anyone know were i can get some good bass to use with reason and my midi keyboard controller, possible free, is spectrasonics Trilogy good

you can't use trilogy with reason unless you have it rewired to something else and then use triogy. What type of bass are you looking for reason has a lot of good synth basses in the 2 synths that is has, just add some distortion and compression to them and tweak them out. Also when I do use Reason I use the keys of the 60's and 70's refill and it has a lot of good vintage basses in there and I just filter and distort them and save them as a combinator patch. You don't need anything else with reason

both, but for good bass you don't need to buy more patches, just figure out how to make them yourself, if its patches for the NNXT and NN19 thats another story Those have samples in them.
