Does anyone use fruity loops? I need help sampling from audio cds.

for audio cd's you can rip them to mp3's or wav files, and use those to sample.

i'd suggest ripping to wav, because the mp3 format is compressed and hence you lose quality of the sound

then you can add an audio channel (via channels - add - audio clip) and select the file
