Female speech or singing samples + digging techniques

For how long time do you guys use to find the "right" sample for your tunes? Have been digging for months now looking for some female singing voice for chopping up like this https://soundcloud.com/slickshoota/velmakelly-slickshootarmx ... Really want something like Reija Lee's voice (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SnBcrhUftOA). Can't seem to find anything like it at all. Anyone willing to share any digging advices or samples?

Have been working on isolating vocals from non-acapellas by heavy EQ'ing and other well known techniques, but the outcome is not very powerful and rich.

vengeance do some royalty free studio acapella packs. There will be plenty in multitrack stem folders on the net or on a site like acapellas4u, but I doubt there's much that's not copyrighted.
 
sampling random girls singing on youtube works soo well! Also certain pitched up male vocals sound better than a girls voice sometimes
