It's an Instrument called Flexatone.
Theres samples out there but not that great.
I really want the one they use in animes and cartoons soooo... If anyone has it plz PM me.

Thanks Untamed. listening to audio clips of real flexatones now, they are really metal sounding and annoying, making me think the flexatones used in dre's songs are given additional effects to make it sound milky, fuller and undulating. reverb for one, any thoughts on what he does to make it sound richer?
