Amazing interview where Premo talks about how he & Showbiz bought a whole record store in the Bronx for $4000 and split all the records. How he was just gonna trash the old "pink record with a fish on the cover" but decided to listen to it and got the sample for Nas's "Nas Is Like". Just goes to show you never know what's in your crates.

now that's incredible. that's gotta be one of the top ten hip hop beats ever. i wonder if nas heard the original sample before he rapped what he did? daaaamn!
