cubasis samples - royalty free?

Hi

I have cubasis lying about somewhere - now i remember having a sample cd collection with it to use royaly free.

does anyone know if they are only royalty free if used on cubasis? - or can i use it the same on logic / fruity - etc royalty free

with samples - if, and thats a BIG 'IF' - a song of mine got brought - dont i have to give the exact details of where i get all samples from?

yes you would, but if they are royalty free samples it means noone is entitled to money for their use in copying, distribution etc. regardless of what program you put them in
