Hi there,
I play in a band called Electric Octopus. Our stuff is on youtube and spotify etc. We've recorded mostly jazzy psychdelic funk, and have about 7 albums released.
We basically jam/improvise in a room record all of this ourselves, and have SHITLOADS of multitracks from releases and also many things we haven't released. We've had a few people ask us about sampling our stuff, and we've decided that it might be a good idea to release some of our shit as samples, with lots of different variations of drum loops, basslines, guitar samples etc. Do any of you guys think there's potential here, and can you suggest any parts of our stuff that would be usable, or would be good if a specific instrument were isolated?
