What song is sampled in "D-Girl"?

I noticed Dr. Dre and Ice Cube are credited in the writers/composers area so I think it's sampled from somethin in the NWA era . . .
 
probably that "Dope Girl" vocal in the background is a sample. But it doesn't really sound like the melody is a sample.
 
if you listen close to that song you will notice that when it breaks down it has kanye sample.That was on jay z the black DVD and the song is on cam album.The one with down and out on it thats the album maybe he sample that part.but i dont know the name of the sample kanye use tho or this song either.

kanye didnt make that beat he was just playin it and the sample is dopeman
