The blurry line beetween using vocal sample and remix (the case of my last work)

Hello everyone,

So I listened to the last London Grammar track, which is 75% acapella, and buy the song :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqhgXAGP4Ho

I was like, "Hey it's acapella so I can chop and alterate the voice to make personnal vocal samples on my new song"

So I put these samples in my new song, which is way different than the London Grammar song (not the same melodies, chords, and the voice is extremely chopped and alterate with autotune, so the voice line differs a lot)

But I'm worried about one thing : even if it's way different, the vocal samples are central in this song. They are so central that I don't even know if my work can be considered as an original song ? Or it's a simple remix ?
You can here my song below (mix isn't finished yet) :

I'm kind of lost with that, I'd love to have your opinion on this issue.
Sorry if there are English mistakes, I'm French.

Thank you !

The song is your "original song" cause you composed it. You didn't remake somebody else's song or remix an original it. However that track of your contains a sample, which would violate copyright laws unless you've cleared the sample. Hope that helps man.
