Run the cd into the line in of sed tape recorder.... record it and line out into the sampler...
 
An older tape would probably help too...

It'd be interesting to try it out. But I don't think it would work.

I read in a magazine that somebody did that using a tascam 4-track I think is was somebody affiliated with public enemy.
