Your idea sounds promising in theory but to execute it in practice is another story as you have to consider how today's fly-by-night music non-consumers are spending their time as music is background noise intended to sell other products and/or services. At least you know who you want to appeal to as far as the culture is concerned but like all aspects of the culture, communities are best built offline and can the building of your online venture be done offline in your country?
