Anybody know a way to extract basslines from song w/acid

what u mean extract, from a sample? the best way to do that is filtering or eqing out all the extraneous frequencies, depending on the sound of the bassline, youll still have some kick drum in there but you should be able to clean the top end almost completely out.
 
I don't mean to sound rude but this is next year's sh*T and really has been....'' when you get to work on the basslines yourself by buying/downloading or creating a sub- bass or bass (stab) and building the beat around that...study...young'n sh*T LIKE DRE. & Hi-tek who can play around the basslines....even alchemist is nasty with basslines in replaying them
