    Hello,

For you What is the best dynamic range (on the master) for rap music ?

I usually use a dynamic range of 7 or 6 for hiphop but i don't know if it's good to go under 6.

6 is a very low dynamic range. If it doesn't hurt your music, it's OK for CD. But you also have to now that iTune prefers 14, and the broadcasters are more in the 16 value for music. Google r128 and you will understand the situation.

Definition of Dynamic Range: The difference between the softest and loudest sounds in a recording.
Dynamic range is also measured in Decibels fyi. Not really sure what those numbers in your post are referring to either.

There is really no right answer for your question seeing as no 2 songs will have the same mix. So my question for you is, are you really referring to dynamic range or something else?

The new loudness meters that are all the rage, it is so people know how loud to make their music. Just use a good reference track and copy it .

I honestly do not know the dynamic range of any of the records I've done. Not even the hits. I have no clue. I don't understand why this is important to know. Someone enlighten me.

Just make it sound good. Then use a limiter to turn it up to the volume you want. If it sounds like crap after the limiter, then you have a problem in the mix you need to fix so go back and fix it.
