Problem with Waves Tune

Hi everybody!
I’ve worked with the project and fixed 5 vocal tracks with Waves Tune. A few days ago I opened the project and noticed that the sound which is coming from Waves Tune isn’t fixed any more. However, i tried to move the notes inside the plugin and it still affects it, but changing “note transition,speed,correction ratio” doesn’t affect anything, so I think the sound which is coming is only affected by notes position and other options are like bypassed. That is very weird, I don’t know what to do, It’s very complicated process do fix 5 tracks again… and now I don’t see guarantee that it won’t happen again.
Any suggestions please! It’s very important

An important question. You have a license?
Then just ask support or post in the Waves forum. They are very good at helping you out.

Once you have fixed your audio,
you should render the new version onto a new track
and freeze the original for backup.

Aside from that, it's not clear what your issue is.
It sounds to be that you might be having a fundamental misunderstanding
of how the note parameters work (they apply only to currently selected notes).

If that's not the case, then it's likely that you're having some sort
of technical issue that the users here can't sort out for you.
