anyone here used it or heard about it...from looking at it i think it looks awesome...n also hearing samples that came out of it from before and after are really good...n the best thing is that you dont need huge priced studio monitors becuase its all visual so u can see the problem n fix it and stuff....it looks like a nice mastering program...specially that its really good visual too

I have actually got this. Just something I managed to pick up from somewhere as I was interested in what differences it could make to our track.

I saw it in a magazine a couple of months back and tried to have a look for it to test it out. So far though ive only been reading about it.

I'm seriously skeptic about this. I don't know, I would have to hear it.

ITS JUST A FREQUNCY ANALYZER. and if you know how it is supposed to look then you can do that with your own parametric eq!

Yeah but it is based/measured on harmonic balance, which is slighty different than just pure frequency. I tried it, and I can see how it can help someone, but it won't replace Brian "Big Bass" Gardener.

It did tell me my stuff was already mastered correctly (patting myself on the shoulders now).

This program is pretty good. I bought it cuz my mixes sucked. If for nothing else, it'll teach you how to mix better because while you're mastering the EQ with it, you'll find out what your problem areas are. The reference option is pretty sweet too. You can make your whole album have the same "shape" so it doesn't throw ppl off when they go from one track to another. I see a lot of skeptics, but I don't understand why. Honestly, it's helped me a lot. Plus the service is top notch. Earle Holder (one half of the Har-Bal creators, mastering engineer of Public Enemy and those McDonald's "Ba-da-da-da-da" commercials) even called my house to help me with problems I was having. Now THAT'S what you call service.

    Thumbs up.

that is mad interesting. whats cool is that its so cheap i can check it out like tomorrow! and its definitely good that they have some testimonials on the site....im a littel skeptical myself. hopefully its like a USABLE freefilter.... that thing seems amazing, but i gave up on it after fiddling around and gettin everything but good, easy results. the whole 'reference' thing.....bah. its funny that they actually mention freefilter on the page!ha.

    peace.
