MIX IDEAS

When i mix , i see a tree.
Fat centered parts and
Treble more far of the centre parts.
The space of the instruments are very important
A reberb can ocupe a opened space but
A instrument never can to have 50 meters of large(stereochorus simulate this)
Give to all instruments one small place to live and
give to all a far o not sense with a rich reberb
All tracks will make a dense color fat display

To put the tipical commercial sound to your voices.

First and necesary : buy a good mic ( is the best idea )

But if do you want a "something more" , after eq comp and de-ess .....send the vocal track to a bus in your software mixer . In this bus insert a lowpass filter and a hipass filter .
Hipass=10 khz Aprox
Lowpass=10 khz Aprox .

Then , put a comppresor with a hi set ratio (20:1) and low set threhold ( your eyes ).

In Logic Audio the Envelope effect with a slow attack ( only some miliseconds to attack ) is ideal to bring you soft hi transitories ( you know.. "Tkshh".. Kngsh".. mouth tipical dirties) . If do you have it put it.

Mix softly a bit of this with the same pan of original track
it will brings to your lead o chorale vocal a special effect ( Soul Divas "air" mode).

Only one important thing:
Logic Audio is ideal to this because it´s have a compensate latency plugins . If your software don´t do it.
De-Phase bad effect ocurr

I have a TL5051Valve Preamp and AKG Solid Tube. with this set the experiment sound like real productions.
The vocalist do the rest......
