Hey all,
I am trying to eliminate or at least quiet what I believe to be some serious signal interruption I'm getting when recording in Pro Tools.
When I load the program up with headphones on it goes from silence to a light hum once Pro Tools is loaded. That I can tolerate, but when enabling the recording of a track I get the following:
Vocaroo | Voice message (Brief WAV sample of mic recording)
What is causing this? I've played with buffering etc. to no avail (then again I'm not a gear whiz so could be getting something wrong.)
I'm on Pro Tools 10, PC, using one of the ancient 002 boards (never done me wrong) and the 002 driver.
Any ideas?
