Should I be charging for studio time and mixing/mastering separately?

So Ive just started recording for money and I had my first official clients about a week ago. I added effects, fixed the levels, and all i have left to do is the Mastering. For future references, should i have charged a separate fee?

I've found its best to just package it all together, unless the client is sophisticated in this regard or directly asks for such treatment. I like the idea of, say, charging X dollars per hour in the studio, during which the vocalist may record and/or help you to mix what has been recorded. At the end, you'll have a great deal of leverage (you have their song) from which to discuss how much time it would take to master the song. If you can't come to a conclusion, just bounce the mixed file.
