I want to know what is a good program for PC that can remove pops and clicks from a Wav file recording

i tried Denoiser from Steinberg and the2 Sonic foundry's softwares (Click and crackle removal; denoiser).
for me, the best is Steinberg's denoiser : simple to use and reliable.

I would have to agree with Dave. The two Steinberg products DeNoiser and DeClicker do it for me too. I use it a lot of time when people ask me to work with something they have on tape. It all depends on how bad the clicks are. I hope that helps.
