need help hooking things up

can't record

I have a dj citronic mixer with 4 channels 2 cd 2 phono and 4 line but no record out or in I have two turntables and I want to record what I scratch\mix. I need to know how to hook it up , help needed thanks.

which citronic mixer do u have ? how many outputs does it have ? if it has more than 1 set of outputs then u can use one of them :)
 
ok I have a citronic cdm 10:4
It has 3 master outputs
1 for each speaker and one that says unbal or something
It also has a booth output that says unbal also

And It has send and return as AUX.

I want to know how to hook it up so I can record on tape
 
u can use the booth output. just connect that to ur tape deck and u can record on the tape and listen to ur work thru the master output tht goes to ur speakers
 
but my casset deck only has output jacks on it 2 for play and 2 for rec.

does that mean I have to hook it up to my monitor/amp?
 
Trust me on this one plug ur booth output into ur record jacks on ur tape deck. everything will work :)
