usually, the kick and snare in my mix clip slightly.
when I'm content with how the level adjustment,I normally turn down all the tracks,so the whole mix doesn't clip...
should I reduce the volume of the clipping kick too, before I turn down the all of the tracks??

You should mix below your current mixing levels so that the snare and kick don't clip. If you need to hear everything better, pull up your monitor levels to avoid feeling like your kick level or snare need to be louder.

Turning down the master fader would be about the same thing as turning everything else down if you're not using limiting on the master bus.

I use limiting on the master bus...
so I should turn down the levels of the clippin tracks and adjust the levels of the other tracks again(so that it sounds good again),right?
after that I start the rest of the process...?
