Kick drum Is Clipping

Im mastering a track and Im at the limiting stage, When i bring the volume up, the kick starts "clipping" by less than 0.5db, Im trying to get a loud master, but not too quiet, Is it OK if the kick does clip by a little?

Do mean that the it's causing the limiter to kick in or do you mean that it's distorting the sound? If it's the first, it's definitely ok, otherwise the limiter isn't actually doing anything at all. If it's the second then it's still probably ok as long as it doesn't color the sound in a nasty way that you don't like. Try just exporting and listening to it on a nice set of speakers to see how the kick compares to a reference.

sorry forgot to be specific, but the limiter shows the kick crossing the 0 db line but i don't hear a difference, and wanted to know if its OK regardless.

Yeah that's totally fine. If nothing is crossing the 0 db line then there's no point in having a limiter. If it gets to the point where it's going way past 0db then it would mean you're over-limiting but a little bit past is probably desirable.
