I need a new audio interface.

Hello all, i currently have 2 YSM8's running through a M-AUDIO Fast Track (pretty out dated) Im running my 2 YSMs, headphones & mic through it. I'm looking at purchasing a new interface but would like some suggestions on a new one or if i even need a new one with what im working with. my budget is $200-$300.
