How to get this voice effect?

A little distortion, some delay to taste with some reverb for spaciousness (vocal delay is, as a general rule, set to repeat at some regular interval that matches a note sub-division based on the tempo of the tune; in others words, the delay repeats/echoes should be in-time with the song, either as 8th notes, triplets, 16ths, etc.)... The most important feature of the sound though would be the over-use of Auto-Tune/Melodyne/Antares/some such tuning software to get that pseudo-vocoder effect.
