I am wondering how difficult it would be to mix "South Central Cartel - All day everyday (Instrumental)" to sound more or less identical to the actual instrumental used in the original version. Please see youtube as a reference for the difference between the two.

You should be able to hear a distinct difference, especially if you compare the beginning (first few seconds) where both are without vocals. The instrumental version is not as smooth/clear and almost has sort of a maracas sound in the background whereas the original version sounds really clean.
Based on the sound differences in the original version/instrumental version, would you guys consider/estimate it to be difficult/time-consuming or not to adjust the differences to make the instrumental sound more or less the same as the original version?
Would appreciate any informational answers given to this topic exceptionally much. I am not too experienced at all with this, and would likely need a producer or something of that kind to do it for me later on.
