How to apply zero-phase filtering

I think this video can help many engineers out there towards a cleaner signal - no phase distortion, no time delay.

if the phase isn't changing than you will have latency. a processor can't do all of it at the same time. it's not chuck norris...

I thought linear phase eq's and multi band limiters stopped phase distortion occurring... I also thought that they can be set to not have latency by a few adjustments in Pro-Tools

You do have latency, but it's compensated on the other tracks so there's no timing issue when mixing.
