Edirol PCR-50 Keyboarding!

I just got bought an used keyboard but i don't know how to use it. Any links,tutorial,books,software suggestions??
 
any software, i'm just trying to learn how to make beat with what i have so far...is it possible???
 
the Edirol PCR-50 is a midi controller does'it have built in sounds u need a program like fl studio 6 and **** to play the paino rolls, mpc, and so on.
 
I already have FL but do i need any special skills to make beats or it just takes time and practice like everything else?
