Computer To Play Through Monitors?

Hi Everyone,

I have a Scarlett 18i20 I have had for a few months now, but have always used it just to record in FLS10PE and do playback from it (and it alone).

But recently I wanted to play some of my regular old "desktop music" (e.g. like YouTube stuff) through the monitors.

Is there a way to set Win10 to play back through the monitors?

I don't know Win10, but in earlier versions you just had to select the wdm part of the driver of the audio interface in the OS' sound settings.

Well, okay, I got it to work, but now the strangest thing is occurring...

It's playing slow... Seriously, the tempo and pitch are all even, but they sound like they are down a major second to a minor third... and about fifteen bpm on the metronome...

I could understand this happening on a record player... but this is pretty bizarre on a computer...
