Best way to mix Synth's

dude... bla bla bla...

as you know, half of those who wrote books about mixing, have pretty bad skills when you judge their sound results.

when it come to synthesis/mixing and sound in generally, you can't just say...you need to stand behind your words and prove it.
 
im no expert at anything I dont know how you can synthesize a sound to make it sound compressed without using a compressor if someone could explain that to me id be greatful I know alot of synths have a compressor built in but is it possible to do it without one im still learning so I thought it would be cool to know
