Sony Vegas Pro - the ease(workflow) and fastness of it (no rendering)

adobe premiere is also a good program

Final Cut Studio.
Haven´t tested many others but I just love the additional programs that comes with it - especially COLOR! Can´t really live without color or any equivalent program for music video production. Also Motion is a great addition in the Final Cut Package. I ahrdly ever render, working in 1920x1080. I dont work Progressive though. If i need a better camera i can rent a Red One to a reasonable price.
