using movie clips

If i made a mash up music vid using small clips from different hollywood movies then put on youtube. would it be allowed or would you have to take it off for not getting permission from every film producer

Yes i agree.A lot of people use clips of movies and the clips of other videos .You can check a variety of such videos on YouTube which include a mixture of varied clips.No need to worry! Carry on your work.Good luck!

No doubt all the videos uploaded on YouTube are free of cost but if you stole some contents from other video channels or from those sources which has copyrighted their videos then it will be immediately deleted as well as your account can be banned. I think if you modify the contents and present it in your own way then it will be good for your channel's subscriber to see the new content and save it from getting deleted.
