Sony NEX-FS100 review -- Engadget
I just want some feedback on my decision to go for this camera. I'm going to be shooting corporate video, music promo, documentary and low budget motion picture.
What I really like about this is that from what I gather, it matches the DLSR look, has optional HDMI (uncompressed) output, to shoot in 4:2:2 colour space, can easily mount a matte box and ND filter, has XLR inputs, all the controls I'm used to.
This looks like the best in the >£5000/$10,000 range to me, can anyone say any different?
Here is how it compares with the camera I've been using for the past 2 years at university (Sony HVR-Z5E.)
