Question on Shutter Speed and fps? How to achieve this look for music videos

trying to get that clean, no motion blur, but not so "natural" look (a zae production, as an example)

30fps with high shutter speed OR 24fps with high shutter speed?

please let me know, some examples would be helpful. thanks.

I'd go with 30, you can later compare to 24 in editing and downgrade if you want but overall you get more frames and smoother finish.
