    Music Videos: Camera and Editing Software of Choice

    Just curious to see what other folks are using for their video production toolset on here. I'm rocking Panasonic GH2 (hacked), 5DtoRGB, and FCPX. Fairly simple workflow. Shoot, digest, and edit. Minimal grading/cc.

    i use a canon t2i (magic lantern)...kit lens as well as the 50mm 1.8..premiere pro cs5.5...magic bullet to color correct sometimes, others just fast color corrector

    Canon t2i w/ kit lens & Sony Vegas 11. Just built myself a dolly and I cant wait to test it out.

    Canon T3i with either a 50 prime or 18-135mm variable aperture. I have Sony Vegas Pro but prefer Premiere Pro when I have access to it.

    When doing my own videos, I just put the camera on a tripod. However, I have shot other videos for other people, yes. By no means do I consider myself well-versed in film, video, or cinematography, but I seek to become better.

    camera and tripod first - then a dolly or some way to move the camera smoothly. if you have a mac - iMovie works fine for beginners
