Mir Trapcode for After Effects - Help! D:

Hei guys!

I am working on a school project in my university and I have a problem:
I am using "MIR" Trapcode plug-ins for Ae, with whom I have built a spiral structure that moves in 3D space.
But I was wondering, is it possible to make mir turn around a 2d layer, such as a picture or text? I tried to make my image a 3d layer , but for some reason, mir and my image does not appear in the same space. I tried to do the same thing with Particular and this effect works, but would really like to find a solution to be able to run MIR around my image! If someone wants to help or suggest something , that would be super cool!

Usually you have to redo the jpg as a png so the white areas are gone.
The complicated way is to make the image or text in a 3D software and export them for AE: after do your process to make them loop or circle the image.
