low budget video

I would say do something like I'm planning on doing and do a social experiment video depends on your style of music and the message behind it hope this helped. :D

I used a phone camera for a music video [will post link here soon], for a film course, and it costs me exactly $0.00. It was kind of expensive, but it was worth making it because I got experience with Final Cut Pro X. Really cool but hardware-intensive piece of software. You'd be surprised what you can do with very little. And as my cousin, who is a professional camera-man said, "DIY music videos have a STRENGTH to them that pro videos never have!"

As long as you have a good editing software, you really could make footage filmed on your phone look really good and professional. If you have any programs like Adobe After Effects of Final Cut, you can look up some color grading tutorials on Youtube which can be really useful.
