it's like almost anything to do with a computer - triple the time to do it. It was always the way when I was studying video/tv. it took an hour to shoot the footage and almost 10 days to edit it.
We once redid a play for TV and whilst it took 2 hours in real time to do the play start to finish, because of our take, it took almost 10 days to shoot and then three months to edit into something resembling the screen play. This was to get camera angles and perspectives that you don't get in a play, so was a lot of extra work and redoing scenes with different camera angles, different mic setups, different lighting, etc.
